Principle of the VAD's Controlling system engineering
The vehicle controlling system is made up of software(Drive mode) which create program and transport network (Communication network)that create program and transport it also.
In other words, Transporting of Input signals (analog signal) made by acceleration pedal and many different kind sensors to Engine controlling unit (ECU), the ECU generates optimal output signals correspond with vehicle's driving conditions.
But on idling, temperature, humidity, engine heat, deterioration of harness wire cause the input signals be unstable thus ECU also send unstable controlling signals to injectors and others too.
and this will be effected more on used cars than new ones. Therefore old and frequent malfunctioned cars used to be lead engine cut-off, unstable rpm, decrease power, vibration, noise, voltage change, shifting shock and knocking and finally the cars will have less fuel efficiency and more and bad emission problems.
Followings are the sort of changes of Acceleration pedals(TPS, APS);
1. Valve & TPS type: Position throttle plate
2. Valve & Mixture of TPS and APS: Fly by wire
3. Signal increase and decrease by valve movement
Present controlling method system commonly have defects of controlling.
Through this unique Electric closed circuit compensate and fix above unstable factors of controlling signals can program be stable and this generally improve efficiencies of the vehicle.
Also as this improve fuel efficiency and emission reduction by Internal Process System, we called it as “Controlling system engineering of the VAD.”
* Ref: Present Fuel efficiency and Exhaust emission improving method is External Process System.
